I can't wait to start working with you!

Here is what you can expect from me:

  • We will become a team--you won't do this alone  

  • We will celebrate the "ups" and work through any of the "downs" that life dishes out TOGETHER

  • I will answer any and all questions you may have

This is how online training with me will go:

  1. I will send some information for you to fill out so I can get to know you

  2. We will set up a time to talk on the phone or Zoom to review the information you provided and come up with a game plan on your program and what would fit best for you

  3. You will receive a program every month that is written JUST FOR YOU — this is not a generic program that you find on the inter-webs. Your program will include:

    1. Workouts for 3 to 5 days a week

    2. Specific mobility and training exercises fit for you

    3. Unlimited email feedback and coaching support from me

    4. Movement assessment—this gives me information on how your body moves and where improvements can be made

    5. Food/Nutrition – I will work with you on setting appropriate calorie and nutrition goals that best suit you.

A 3 month commitment minimum is required. 

The reason is simple:  You won’t see the progress you want in only a few weeks.

This is a process and it takes time, but it DOES work. Give it time and trust the process.

Whether if you have a complete home gym set-up or a couple of weights and bands, you can still get a great workout.
