Here is what you can expect from me:

This is how online training with me will go:

I will send some information for you to fill out so I can get to know you

We will set up a time to talk on the phone or Zoom to review the information you provided and come up with a game plan on your program and what would fit best for you

You will receive a program every month that is written JUST FOR YOU — this is not a generic program that you find on the inter-webs. Your program will include:

Workouts for 3 to 5 days a week

Specific mobility and training exercises fit for you

Unlimited email feedback and coaching support from me

Movement assessment—this gives me information on how your body moves and where improvements can be made

Food/Nutrition – I will work with you on setting appropriate calorie and nutrition goals that best suit you.

A 3 month commitment minimum is required.
The reason is simple: You won’t see the progress you want in only a few weeks.
This is a process and it takes time, but it DOES work. Give it time and trust the process.
